We are proud to work in association with NHBC and we offer their 10 year underwritten warranty on our new homes.
We're the world's leading warranty and insurance provider for new homes. Established over 65 years ago we are a non-profit distributing company. Our primary purpose it to raise standards in the new house-building industry and provide consumer protection for new home buyers.
We do this by registering house builders, setting technical standards inspecting during construction and providing the ten year Buildmark Cover on newly built and converted homes.
